Studio Stemmed Bowl by Alan Gayden

This stoneware stemmed bowl was made by Alan Gayden
at Predicott Pottery in Worcestershire.

The "OS" mark stands for "Old School" which was precisely what his pottery was in.
It also dates the piece to pre-1970.
The "AE" is in fact his personal mark "AG".

It is possible that this is one of his first attempts at making this type of ceramic ware,
and he will let me know exactly what it is.

I will update this page as soon as I obtain more information
about this amazing piece.

Condition: This is in excellent condition - no scratches, chips, or cracks.

Dimensions: just over 5 inches high/13cm high
Diameter 4.75 inches/12cm.
