Studio Pottery flagon and two goblets
by Anthony Richards of Penderleath Pottery

This stoneware flagon and two goblets were made by Anthony Richards at Penderleath Pottery, Cripplesease in Cornwall
sometime between 1967 and 1978 (judging by the handmade stamp it will probably be closer to the 1960's).

Anthony and his wife, Christine, worked at Penderleath Pottery until they sold it
to Bill Longley of Greyshott Pottery in 1978.
Today Anthony no longer pots but decorates bought in blanks with Christine at the Country Lane Pottery Cockwells near Penzance.

An early example of the Penderleath Pottery stamp "PP St.Ives" can clearly be seen underneath.
