Marked Tenmoku Stoneware Bowl

This marked tenmoku bowl has a heavily incised
relief pattern that has been very well
drawn on the inside.

The mark near the foot has been covered in glaze
and therefore cannot be easily seen.
However, it is definitely an S, which is then possibly followed by an H ...
but I cannot be sure.
It has been suggested that this bowl is made by Stefanie Newton.
Is there anyone out there who can advise me on this?

This is in very good condition - with no scratches or cracks.
There is, however, a very small chip on the foot which is quite difficult to see.
