Covered Box by Eric Stockl
This oxidised stoneware covered box was made by Eric Stockl
possibly at Stroud Green, North London sometime between 1956 and 1961.
His personal mark "mes" can be clearly seen
on the rim of the base.
This is in very good condition - no scratches, or cracks,
however, there are three small nibbles on the lid - none of which are visible
when the lid is in place.
4.75 inches high/12cm high.
Widest diameter: just over 4.25 inches/11cm.
