Covered Studio Pottery Vase by John Turner

 

    

     

This cut-sided covered stoneware bowl was made by John Turner
most likely at his studio in Swaffham, Norfolk sometime in the 1960's.

John Turner also worked with Louis Hanssen in the early 60's in Hampstead, London.

His personal mark, a lower case "t" can be found under the lid and under the footed base.

Condition: This is in very good condition - no scratches, or cracks,
there is, however, a tiny fleabite to the lid (see photo).

Dimensions: 5 inches high/127mm high
Widest diameter just over 5.5 inches/143mm.
